Kelly M. Davis & Associates, LLC is pleased to announce a new hire as Senior Counsel in its Lewisville, Texas office –Carlo E. Caravetta – to fill a new attorney position and expand the firm’s practices in the Texas and California markets.
Mr. Caravetta has practiced law in California since 1994 and Texas since 2016. His practice primarily focuses on construction /commercial/manufacturing businesses in the areas of litigation and transactions. His experience includes representation of residential and commercial real estate developers in construction defect actions, commercial/manufacturing corporations for transactions and complex litigation including environmental, employment, compliance and governance issues. Mr. Caravetta will advise clients in the areas of construction and general litigation, business transactions, corporate formations, insurance and succession.

Mr. Caravetta also presents with extensive corporate experience in previous positions as General Counsel, CIO, COO and Board Member for companies. His experience includes domestic and international transactions. He is currently a candidate for Certified Information Privacy Professional (IAPP).

Mr. Caravetta is admitted to practice in Texas and in California in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Texas and California State Bar Associations.
He graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science and then from Western State University College of Law with a Juris Doctor.
Carlo is an avid outdoorsman, rancher and cook. He spends his spare time raising horses and tending to his ranch. He is also a devoted hunter, tactical shooter and fisherman. Since his family is originally from Italy, cooking for family and friends is his greatest passion.
