I have been a client of Kelly Davis since 2005 and what I appreciate most about her is her compassion, patience and sincere drive to bring whatever difficulty I have to the most efficient resolution. Mrs. Davis was an excellent attorney. We had a mechanic’s lien that we needed to enforce with a difficult defendant. She was very knowledgeable about the law, advised us on potential courses of action and worked with us along the way. I appreciate all of their work and if we ever need an attorney for this work in the future, we will be using them.

I could never thank Atty. Kelly enough for helping me face this dilemma I was into with the contractor I hired. I never thought I will experience this kind of challenge. She patiently listened to me, and she did the work that she told me on our first meeting. After 2 days, my contractor received a notice of cease and desist. My wife and I experienced an unbelievably terrible contractor experience, and we had no choice but to terminate the contractor. I recently had a situation where I had to file a mechanics lien. I had no idea how to proceed so I contacted Kelley M. Davis and Associates, LLC. for help. Ms. Davis wrote a very impressive letter threatening the lien, problem immediately solved upon receipt.
I was really impressed with the ease in dealing with them and amount of contact they kept with me during the short time between contacting them and resolution of the problem. I have to say this is the first pleasant experience I have ever had dealing with any law firm. The pricing was as advertised, and I’m not used to that with attorneys.
