Kristi Jones

Kristi joined KMDA in 2023 as Kelly’s administrative assistant and quickly earned a reputation as the office’s “Jack of All Trades,” “Fixer,” and “Hostess with the Mostess.” She swept in like a whirlwind—always ready with a smile, a solution, and an extra hand when needed. Kristi holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Harding University and brings a wealth of experience from her early career in database and digital marketing, having led major projects for industry giants like Bank of America, Kraft Foods, and The Container Store. Her broad skill set and can-do attitude made her the natural choice to step into the role of Office Manager following our previous manager’s retirement in 2024.

Kristi wears many hats at KMDA, with a wide-ranging role that includes managing all billing, supervising staff, organizing client and employee appreciation events, overseeing general office operations, and leading annual updates to the corporate books. Despite her promotion, Kristi hasn’t fully shed her “side hustle” as Kelly’s right hand—a role that continues to serve her (and the firm) well. She often travels with Kelly to out-of-town hearings and trials, ready to jump in with support for any last-minute needs. Kristi shares that the most rewarding aspect of her role is the people she works with and the close-knit relationships she has cultivated over the past few years.
